Midland Air Service Experts was excited to volunteer with the Midlands Ride for Kids in April. April 2016 is the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this remarkable event that gives all the proceeds to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the top nonprofit funding research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial help for families.
Midland Air Service Experts raised $1000 for this amazing cause and the nationwide event has gathered over $500,000. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her dad’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids every year.
“My dad’s riding group rides every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for this wonderful cause.” Take a look at Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The philanthropic motorcycle club may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t exactly a motorcycle group. “We just do it for the kids,” said Rebecca.
