I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen who was a great help in fixing our heat after two weeks of no heat in the dead of winter and multiple specialists having no luck resolving the issue. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Give this man a raise!

I called reporting no heat and gas logs continuously emitting a bad smell. The tech arrived, relight the gas logs and left saying a smell was expected for 10 minutes after lighting. I told the tech the smell never dissipated and asked to check for a leak. When the smell again became overwhelming and family members were getting headaches and nausea, I turned the unit off despite being told not to. The temperature reached 47 degrees. I called trying to get the tech back. He came 18 hours later, clearly annoyed I was upset over “a little smell which wasn’t his fault “. I again insisted he check for a leak, which he found this time. If we had followed his instructions and left the unit on, we likely would have been dead by the time he returned.

Jason was a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. He took his time making sure things looked right and gave my furnace and water heater a good look over. He explained the issues he found in a way anyone could understand and gave tips on how to keep things running as they should. Overall, my experiences with Service Experts have been great!

Brandon and Jeremy insulted our furnace and air conditioner. They did excellent work, very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and professional. We were very impressed and looking forward to enjoying our new system.

I had the pleasure of having Jason visit on a service call to assess our heat pump problem and then return a second time to do the repair. He is personable and polite and kept me in the loop as to the steps he was taking to complete the repair. He is great and did an excellent job!
