General Manager
The General Manager is in charge of directing and coordinating all activities of a Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service center. The General Manager oversees the P&L, steers sales, and provides guidance to all employees and processes for the office.

Service Technician
The Service Technician completes diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and related equipment and accessories. The Service Technician communicates with residential and/or commercial customers to provide answers to any and all questions, resolve issues, and verify complete customer satisfaction. The person in the role also advises the customer of recommended products and services and works under the supervision of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Installation Technician/Installation Helpers
The Installation Technician performs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial sites. The individual filling the position also performs installation and service on indoor air quality products and equipment, as well, and has the qualifications to follow controls and wiring diagrams and schematics.

Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist manages customer questions, concerns, and billing issues with the highest measure of consideration and professionalism to solve customer concerns with a single-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for supporting day-to-day operation of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service location.

The Dispatcher, abiding by approved radio and pager policies, dispatches appointments to Maintenance Technicians, Installers, and Service Technicians. The individual in the position also communicates with the customer to confirm the customer is aware of scheduled appointments, answer inquiries, and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher strategically plans and routes the most suitable technicians following established company processes.
